We used to play pirates-- top of the tree was the crow's nest, obviously. Whoever had it got the telescope (okay, cardboard paper towel tube, work with me here.)

He's a lawyer of the corporate variety. Mergers and acquisitions. Family business, started with construction and real estate back when New York didn't have much of a skyline. Nothing terribly exciting.
