They are very excited. I'm really very proud of Ro. They've been working towards this for so long and now...I want them to have all the success they deserve.
I'm sure they will. Thanks in no small part to you promoting them to anyone and everyone who'll listen. It's probably how they got noticed for a record deal in the first place. *chuckles*
At least I don't have to worry about that. Well, unless it's feeding time. Then Phantom is under foot and I almost trip myself trying not to step on him. Jack lays around like a big lump, though. Or hogs the couch.
Mr. Beaker has managed to get Ro to feed him between meals, greedy puppy. We've started leaving each other notes so it doesn't happen again.Besides, Ro just sort of slops the food in the bowl and drops it on the floor and that is just so unappealing looking.
Mr. Beaker has to wait, patience is a virtue after all. Besides, I make a point of plating my food and Ro's nicely. It's not really much effort to do the same for Mr. Beaker. Now if only I could get him to stop inhaling it in two bites.
Somehow, I don't think animals understand patience. When they gotta go, they gotta go. When they wanna eat, they wanna eat. *shrugs* Maybe he wouldn't eat so fast if he didn't have to wait so long? Jack is usually well behaved at mealtime, but we usually just dump it in his bowl and let him at it.
Oh, yuck. Aryn, you shouldn't leave food in open cans. Bacteria can start to grow. Mr. Beaker's food doesn't smell any worse than the cookie dough I use to bake his doggie biscuits, it's all natural and organic. You could probably eat it if you wanted to, I just don't think the combination of flavors would appeal to a human pallet.
It's only for a day. He gets half a can at mealtime, mixed with his kibble. And Remy likes to cook, but he's not industrious enough to make special biscuits for Jack. The pet store has fancy ones and we just get those.
I just get the butcher at the organic grocer to grind it up fresh and I add other things to it at home. It's sort of like a little puppy meatloaf. It's cute especially after I take them out of the little molds.
Oh, it's not trouble and takes no more time than I spend making food for myself and Ro when he's here too. I love Mr. Beaker to pieces, I'm certainly going to take the best care of him that I can. And he gets plenty of time to play. We take him to the park and he has play dates with other puppies...
