I'll keep updating this post with my answers. The first set are from Bobby Barnes:
"being coy" Haha. Oh Pippa. She's cute and playful and really not anything intimidating to people who know her and she certainly doesn't look like a threat to people that don't. She is never serious when using this icon, it's sort of like a small puppy trying to convince you they are a mighty guard dog.
Keyword here is "omg" which pretty much says it all. Sometimes Pippa just can't believe the things people will actually say in front of an audience. And she wonders why she has the reputation of a prude. One of many such icons for her.
Keyword for this is "pillion". It's simply the position she rides on her boyfriend's Ninja. She loves going places with Ro on his motorcycle far more than she likes taking her car. For one thing, she gets to stay close to him and for another, it's exciting and possibly a bit reminiscent of the horseback riding she used to do. In some ways, this sums up their relationship: Young, happy, carefree...(until now)
Key word for this one is "secrets" because Pippa has quite a few things about herself that she tends to keep guarded and won't reveal them to most people. She doesn't like lying however and tries to remain politely evasive instead. Most of the times this icon is used, Pippa's not being forthright.
Key words for this one are "big shades". Again with the hiding. However, she's often told she's a classy lady by people and to a large extent she is. She's also very private and dislikes being in the public eyes. As yet, she hasn't had to deal with that much, but she will. And this icon may get a workout.

"Believer Girl" A very sleek and even chic looking Pippa and the title of the song written for her by Rory Stone. Anyone who has spoken to Pippa knows that she's the band's biggest supporter and absolutely believes in the talent of the frontman for Breaker Street. She needed an icon for all of her gushing.
"Caught in the Magic" Pippa knows what Rory is even if she doesn't yet fully understand the implications and complications that can be involved. Time will reveal that she is most certainly caught up in him and what he is in more ways than she'd ever thought possible.
"Long Night" Pippa works as a waitress in a bar, she's also more or less the shift supervisor/floor manager which means the opening and closing tasks fall on her shoulders. She does a lot more at Last Call than fill drink orders. By the time she's ready to call it a night, the sun is fairly close to rising. She loves the work but it leaves her exhausted.
"Music" The only icon where the PB is not Kate Winslet but still "Pippa". She is, at heart, a music lover. Breaker Street got her attention because they are GOOD, and while it's true that she loves to talk about her boyfriend's band she also loves to discuss classical music as well and most other genres.
"Wander the desert" She hasn't used this icon yet but really, Pippa's going to be doing a lot of soul searching in the coming months and what she finds might surprise her.

"l'amore domina senza regole" Love rules without rules. This is one of those icons Pippa uses when she makes personal journal entries or comments, treating Livejournal as if it really were her own LJ. She speaks Italian, having spent some years in Venice learning the art of glass blowing. She loves the language and the country, often thinks of returning there. The phrase itself speaks of her relationship with Rory and her general view regarding relationships as a whole. As proper as she can be, there are some conventions she won't back. As far as she's concerned, you love who you love and you are free to love them as you see fit. There is no wrong way to love someone.
"Distraught" A Titanic icon here, but the expression is very much Pippa when she's stricken by something. It shows in her eyes if not the rest of her body language. Pippa tends to hold things in until she's alone and then she lets go, but she can't mask the emotion visible in her eyes, those baby blues give it all away.
"Beaker" Pippa is a Muppets fan. Beaker is the funniest thing ever to her. He's awkward, unfortunate looking and he has that wild orange hair. As a child the Muppet Show was just silly puppets running amok, as an adult she grasps the actual humor and tongue in cheek playfulness of the show--and finds it to be much like her own sense of humor. She also named her puppy, Mr. Beaker, after this character. She uses this icon when she's being silly and/or actually posting things about the Muppets.

"Drunk and Stupid" Pretty much says it all. When Pippa drinks, and I mean more than a beer or a glass or two of wine, she lets it all hang out. The filter she usually keeps in place disappears and she'll say the first thing that comes to mind. She's usually mortified when she's sobered up and recalls any of what she's said while intoxicated and therefore she doesn't make a habit of getting drunk often.
":D" Pippa when she's really laughing hard. Usually you'll get a smile out of her or maybe a peel of laughter, but if you catch her at the right moment and in the right mood she'll laugh until she lets out an undignified snort. A lot of times this goes along with the drunk and stupid icon.
"[short hair] black shirt" After Larch had his fun with Pippa's hair, in an effort to reclaim her sense of self, she's straightened the shorn locks and have them cut into a stylized bob. Matter of fact Pippa here, she's pretending all is well and there isn't all the emotional turmoil under the surface. She'll likely use this one a lot.
"volume control" This icon has duel duty as an RP icon and as one of Pippa's 'I have an LJ, these are the images I'd use' icons. She talks about work/Breaker Street a lot. The bar is known for its live music acts and therefore, she's around the equipment a lot. Specifically on nights where Breaker Street is at Last Call, she helps run the sound check. She sometimes uses this icon when talking about those Wednesdays and Saturdays.
From Jimmy:
"coffee" Pippa works nights, sleeps mornings...if people will let her. She doesn't "do" breakfast but if you want her to be coherent and act like a human being, she needs her coffee. She has quite a few icons dealing with a hot cuppa Joe, this one is used when she's home and doesn't feel the need to put on her 'I'm a very polite person' face.
"ooc" Stupid South Park character maker thing. It's hideous and a total mockery of who and what Pippa is. I rarely use it even as an out of character icon, but I do like to laugh at it from time to time.
"blue cassette" This is also one of those icons that Pippa would use if she were a real person with a livejournal. She tends to use it when discussing music and more specifically, her musical preferences. She's also just schmaltzy enough to make a mixed tape for her boyfriend, so there's that. She's kind of pathetic this way.
