I woulda guessed you'd say a jewelry thing, but I didn't think it would be the guitar pick. How is it sparkly? I thought they were plastic.

It's glittery. Picks can be made out of a lot of hard substances.

Picks can be made out of wood, sterling silver, agate, plastic, nylon, rubber, titanium, jade...I've even seen guitarists using cut up old credit cards.
